ditto tape formatting?

I don't think you can reformat Ditto tapes with their softwarem but there should be erase options available, It has been years since I used it.
 
Yeah - I recall doing that ONCE. It takes many hours - as I recall, it continued overnight. Not a good option. Erase is much faster.
