Ditch my X1800XL 512 flashed to XT for an 8800 320mb?

Do you guys feel it would be worth it to upgrade to the 8800 GTS 320mb from buy.com for $229 AR (less with Google Checkout) having a wimpy A64 @ 2.5ghz? I game at 1680x1050 on my 22" Acer and pretty much every game plays fine. I don't use AA often, which I know the 640meg version does a lot better with. However, 2xAA I do use sometimes so that's something I need to figure in.

The other deciding factor is how much do you think I can get for my X1800XL? It's the MSI version that has 512mb that flashes to the XT 100% of the time.

It should be fine.

I run mine on an Opteron 144 at 2.7ghz.

It feels very CPU limited sometimes, but more often than not it's great.
