My State Senator (NY, 54th district) sent out a survey a few months ago, which I dutifully filled out. We got a copy of the results back for 2021, and I thought I'd share. This is in upstate NY, in a district which contains one of the most liberal (and expensive) cities in the US (representing approximately 10% of the population), as well as a ton of rural area. so couch your thoughts about the results with that in mind.
No surprise, I was mostly opposite of the results presented here, especially in priority rankings. A few exceptions, notably regarding MJ, rich taxes, and right to suicide. Regarding COVID-related questions, remember again that this survey was filled out a few months ago.
