Distributed Spam Fighting

I want one where we bomb the IP addresses where the spam was sent from.

Say the email was sent from IP X.X.X.57 the owner given cryteria is met starts with this confirmned spam company and blasts away at IP X.X.X.0 through 255 for a predetermined time period from the users of the program with whatever method works the best.
