Distributed File System in W2k...cant get to replicate as it should....HELP !!!

Distributed File System in W2K is cool.....

But I can't seem to get it to work properly.

I can create a root and assign 3 PCs to be part of the replica...

But upon testing it, they never seem to all 3 replicate.

Is there something simple to do here or a better piece of software?

Does 3rd party have anything that would do this without all the patches, service packs and reg hacks.

I've been through alot of this and am beginning to think that there must be some sort of 3rd party software that is better...more simple and robust.

Any input here guys would be great....
