Is that backwards as it's waaay better than any host I've looked at. I'm at 14 valid, 29 invalid.

Hmm, I am at 31%. I would recommend getting rid of any old work units if anyone wants to continue, the error rate seems to be getting less.

Edit:
My most recent work units are at 15% failure rate, so I am going to keep going for a bit and see what happens.

100% failure rate for me..
Not much of a sample.
Linux PCs have Git installed? A project requirement.

The admin mentioned resetting the project due to some corrupt files. I'm starting 1 single task in Win10. In 7minutes its used 45s of CPU so not going well.

Not a huge sample, no. But enough for me to turn it back off for a while. They all have GIT installed. And all except my main PC were freshly attached to the project today.

They may have switched something out very recently if I understood a somewhat cryptic message board post on the LODA site

I just started running some LODA tasks and notice they are RAM intensive (~1 GB per task). I'll see how many validate.

Decided to give loda a shot again. Reset project and made sure GIT was installed. So far so good on two systems.

I'm running on three systems and its been good for me. When I first started though I was having a lot of invalids, but they seem to have fixed that issue and it's been smooth sailing since then.

Seems to be OK for me now as well.

Edit: I take that back. It was running OK for a while, then I suddenly got about 16500 bad tasks in a row. Possibly recycled from the earlier bad stuff that were put back into the queue instead of being removed.

Windows and Ubuntu Linux installation instructions:
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/central/forum_thread.php?id=28

The project is a platform for interested scientists to submit jobs to. The platform currently offers Autodock in several application versions, and Docker. Right now, one scientist is using Docker to run a mathematical project called Boolean Chains (CPU only).
Well... some :0 U.S. funding has stopped... but private stuff still continues! :)

BOINC Central Project
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/central/home.php
It needs BOINC Alpha version and podman
In the past weeks, the necessary BOINC client versions with docker integration have been turned into the (according to boinc.berkeley.edu) recommended stable release:
v8.2.4 for Windows x86-64
v8.2.4 for Linux x86-64
v8.2.5 for Mac OS x86-64/AARCH64

Only Android's version is still marked as unstable development version, but the Boinc Central project does not offer an Android application anyway.

Am I correct in assuming that if you run LHC that still uses virtualbox, that you shouldn't use docker at the same time? Seems to be some post on LHC boards about not using both

I don't know if its an issue with 8.2.4 or something else but I don't recall seeing this issue before. At this very instant, ODLK2025 is down and tasks are piling up, this is causing other projects to not upload or report ODLK is stuck on Fetch work according to BOINCTasks and some Yafu/WUProp tasks won't report. I reset the ODLK project and the Yafu and WUProp tasks immediately report. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have seen this issue between ODLK and Goofy projects going down recently.

Docker reported memory usage is also complete bull
