I'm going to be posting ideas here for the TeAm logo; any feedback is welcomed.

I want to create something that everyone can agree on, for the TeAm!

The friend of the graphic designer is contrast. Your lettering and background are too close to the same shade to work.

Sadly I am not that skilled, but that is very very nice.

I have only ever learned manipulation of basic shapes.

Something which maybe incorporates a symbol for medicine, math, astrology and earth (for like earth sciences), which may or may not best describe those projects that do not fit elsewhere?
Whether inside a circle or the four corners of a banner type logo.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Do you mean astronomy (Science of space) or astrology (Zodiak signs)?

Add "Making a Difference Since 199X?"

How about asking @Alpha One Seven to edit his logo as suggested by @Thebobo and call it a day?
Oh, I just happen to know that SETI.Germany has their own Firefox Persona (theme) add-on for their browser. Pretty cool, huh?

I'm considering adding a logo to our TeAm profile at BoincStats. But I'm not sure which one to use. Because Alpha One Seven is banned, I'm not sure I want to use his logo. Any other suggestions?

How about using TeAm's logo from Seti? That doesn't look too old.
