Distorted Video with TV Wonder

Anybody know why I get disorted video with TV-Wonder? The source of the video is my PSX, composite-in. I don't have cable hooked up to it so I can't tell if that's also distorted. I just know my PSX is distorted. Two days ago, when running Win2K, it was fine. Now I'm in XP and it's distorted. Anybody have a fix?
 
With the TV wonder using the ATI software, if the video is distorted, change the color depth of your video card to anything other than what it is currently set to. You have to to that every time you launch the TV viewer in XP.
