Disputing unknown charges on American Express card

yeah i ordered something online and was a little worried that my charges will get denied b/c i used a different name

called within 2 minutes and the CSR told me every detail about that charge. amazing!

i called chase visa on a $5.xx charge that appeared twice for mcdonalds... and the guy with an indian accent named James took it off right away.

i guess it was easy because it showed up twice, or it was only $5.xx.
