Looks like &quot;Xbox Technologies&quot;, the company, may have the trade rights to &quot;Xbox&quot; and they are in the software biz (though not hardware). The &quot;X-box&quot; term is similar, the industry is similar...could be a case here. However, unless M$ is facing off against Big Gubment, any legal battle will go its way.

if Xbox Tech. is publically traded, you might want to adjust your portfolio.
