Ok, so I've asked around on here and a few of my other regularly visited forums a couple times regarding this issue, but nobody has ever been able to find a fix for me.
My issue is this:
Since I installed an Asus DG audio sound card a couple of months ago, my bios, CPU-Z, and any other hardware monitoring program are reading my Vcore COMPLETELY wrong. Its not even close. Have a look at my screen shots below.
As you can see my voltage is being reported anywhere from 0.246 to 0.288 pretty much everywhere. The ONLY place where my correct Vcore is shown, is the field where I manually enter it in at 1.215.
Obviously the displayed Vcore is completely wrong. I wouldn't even be able to boot up at that. In actuality, my overclock (4.2 Ghz @ 1.215 Vcore), has been stable for months.
I know for a 100% fact, that this issue started directly after installing the sound card. After installing it, and booting up to windows, my motherboard software gave me a warning in the bottom right corner of my screen that my Vcore was dangerously low. I had NEVER seen this warning before, and hadn't changed a single setting. To prevent this warning from coming back every few minutes, I uninstalled the software.
Here is what I've tried for fixes:
1. Re-seating the sound card and putting it into a different PCI slot.
2. Resetting Bios to optimized defaults
3. Clearing CMOS
4. Completely removing the sound card
5. Changing the PCI slot of my video card
I know it's not affecting my PC in any negative way, and probably just a silly quirk, but it's still really annoying me. Does ANYONE have any clue what is causing this?

RAM: Samsung 8 Gb
PSU: Corsair CX 600
