Display Settings in Control Panel

We have a user that I need to adjust the display settings for. We've removed the display settings tab in group policy so the tab isn't there for this user. In the admin account, I can change the display ok but obviously when I login as the other user, it reverts back to their display resolution. I'm looking for the command prompt to open the settings tab to change their screen resolution? Anybody with any ideas other than re-enabling the display settings tab in group policy?

-Nevermind-I just changed the group policy to enable the settings tab as we couldn't see a real reason or threat to having it hidden.
