Display recognition problem with my 2405FPW on my 8800GTS

Has anyone here heard of this issue? It's happened with pretty much every driver release.

Mines been doing the same thing. Works fine for awhile and than 'poof', suddenly I don't get any signal from my video card. If I switch the DVI cable to the opposite port on the video card I can get the picture back but it is messed up. Only displays low resolutions and doesn't seem to recognize the monitor. I'm using a 22" Acer by the way.

Oh man, I got a 2405FPW and my 8800GTS gets here tomorrow....hope I don't run into this issue. Is it widespread?
