Display Problems

Not sure if I should have posted this here or somewhere else but for the last month or so I have been having an issue, I don't remember if this happened from a windows 7 update or from a Catalyst Control Center Update but once it updated it changed my resolution and anything I do to try and change the resolution for my computer or games I have the issue as pictured below.

Specs (nothing ever overclocked):

Windows 7 64bit
Acer H243H monitor (Connected Via HDMI)
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Video Card

Catalyst Control Center has my display at 1080p @ 60 Hz
Windows is set at 1920x1080
Video Game as pictured below is at 1152x864

If I change any of the settings on any of them my display looks like pictured below.
How do I diagnose and fix this issue?

What I see:

Print Screen:

According to the H243H's user guide it has "Focus" and "Clock", so either manually adjust the display using those controls or, with the menu display inactive, try the "Auto" function.

I just read online that Focus and Clock are only visible in the settings for VGA input, im using HDMI. I did try the auto button though and it did nothing.

Also with the display up and showing, unplug one end of the HDMI connector then plug it back in. Hopefully the monitor will auto adjust itself. (Note: In the past, Ive had monitors that simply became stuck electronically.) Also see if it is possible to change the resolution frequency. The timing table in the LCD user guide shows 75 hz for the 1152 x 864 pixel resolution which is statused as VESA.
