display driver error...wtf?!?

Whenever I am downloading, and it seems to happen on every different download platform, as soon as I get to about 300Kbps using anything from bit torrent, to direct download, I get a BSOD, that to the best of my ability to read says something about a memory dump. When I restart, and run the Windows error report, it says the problem is my display driver...I have rolled them back, and what not, with no change. My memory is running at 400 Mhz, 1T and this the computer that is listed below.
 
I've tried it with the newest drivers, and I've rolled them all the way back to the CD install, but neither seems to matter
