Diskeeper still shows alot of red after defrag

Running Diskeeper 7 on XP and after a complete defrag I still have alot of red showing and the analisys states 7% fragmentation. I can even let it run continuosly all night and day, and still there are many fragmented files.

I checked our NT4 and Win2K boxes at work,(all runing various versions of Diskkeeper) and the same thing. Still large amounts of fragmentation after running Diskeeper.

Maybe it's not an issue since they all seem to run fine, but it's something I am noticing.

Anyone else notice this?
 
usually that means you have less than 20% free space, which diskeeper thinks is bad performance-wise so it reflects that in an inability to defrag fully. at least this has been my experience.
