Diskeeper 9/10 Problems

I've been trying to install Diskeeper 9 and 10 (well 9 a couple of months ago and 10 now) but keep running into the same problem. When the installation gets to the point where it needs to activate the DK service it fails, saying it can't be started.

I'm logged on as the Administrator which is the only user account on the machine. Anyone got any ideas?
