Disk Image software

Looking for the best Disk Image Software in which
i) Disk Image can be stored in Hidden Partition
ii) having incremental saving features......
iii) Can be operated from DOS mode

Not sure if it works from DOS though but it does create bootable recovery CDs/DVDs/Floppies.
