Disk Defragmenting

is there any software that will defragment harddrivers faster then the Windows defragmenter?

Norton SpeedDisk will defrag it about 6-8x faster I think...not sure about the exact numbers, but it's faster for sure!

Don't know about speed, but how much slower could they be than the win98 built in one?
