Disk at Once or Finalize the CD??

What is the difference between these two method??
Should I use Disk At Once or Finalize the CD?
Can someone tell me when should I use what kind of method? Like what should I use when I burnning data CD and what will be used in Audio CD??

Disk at once burns the cd in one session w/o stopping the laser. Lets you burn continuous mix cd's and works fine for data cd's too. Finalize writes music CD's with 2 second gaps between the songs. It's also fine for burning data cd's.

Disk at once should finalize the CD after the first time you burn it. If you just close a session after each burn, you can later finalize CD once you've determined that you won't need to write to it any more.
