Dishnet receiver memory clear

Can anyone tell me how to do a reset/memory clear on an Echostar 3000/ Dish net receiver. I had someone watch my house while I was away on a business trip and they watched some rather expensive pay per view programs, now my reciever wont let me access any pay per view programs. Thanks LJ

Just call up dishnetwork and they'll reprogram the card for you. Just be sure to have the serial number of the card as well as the receiver handy because I believe they will ask for them.
