Dish TV sudden frame rate drop?

I'm wondering if it's our TV or the dish network? The last couple of days, the frame rate has dropped. The World Series tonight looks more like movie quality frame rate instead of live show quality frame rate. Is this a Dish TV thing? Maybe it's just regional? Can anybody else confirm this is happening to them also or is it just me? Any help is appreciated.

Probably a regional thing, then. Local channels seem much more prone to problems than the others from what I've noticed.

This happens on all the channels. Hmmm...

try popping a DVD in, and see if the same thing continues to happen. This will rule out problems with the Tv.
