Dish or Direct Tv for (HDTV)

Which is better? and better channel and price.

Dish bought Voom, so they have the most programming. Still suck ass content though, as with most HD channels.

Well, Dish has more channels, but most of them are stupid.

Directv has 3 new satellites going up at the beginning of next year, all for HD I think.


After all the satellites go up, they will have all the bandwidth they need to carry all the HD channels they can get.

Right now, I get HBO-HD, Showtime-HD, ESPNHD, ESPN2HD, TNTHD, DiscoveryHD Theater, HDN, & Universal HD.

Quality is ok, they compress the signal pretty bad. It should get a lot better when the new satellites go up.

Currently looking @ the DishHD GOLD PACKAGE for $70 a month with local. DirectTV has the https://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/wizard/buildYourSystem1.jsp">TOTAL CHOICE® PLUS with Starz Super Pack, SHOWTIME UNLIMITED and HD Package </a>With HD for $59 a months for 12 months and then change to what i don't know. Overall what would yall pick? I Don't need NFL ticket .
