Dish Network dropping local ABC station due to contract disagreement

I recently left dish after receiving multiple HD DVR's that have overheated and died on me. (I have tried moving them to different locations to make sure it was not the location). They just kept burning up. Their support's suggestion was to pay for an upgrade to the better dvr.

I get ATT Uverse installed on Jan. 2nd.
