Indeed, although I think I've seen a grand total of ten black people there. It probably depends a lot on the city and area of the city.

Shens. Diversity is overrated and I couldn't care less about it. The climate there is nice but it gets boring having the same weather almost every day. Hawaii has a billion times more natural beauty than California does.

Actually its more like $700,000 for a shack and the answer is yes.

Diversity is cool. There's more opportunity here and the wages are much higher. I wouldn't be happy if it werent.

I lived in San Diego for a time. The unchanging weather gets old real quick. You can never experience the joy of a nice day if there are no bad days. I really didn't care for the people and constant traffic either. And I don't even need to mention the ridiculous laws they have...

I've been here for 18 years. And I love it here. I have a lot of friends that share my sentiment as well that are transplants.

Wages are high because you couldn't afford to live there if they were much lower. It's just too expensive there.

Wages are high because you couldn't afford to live there if they were much lower. It's just too expensive there.

lol, I don't because I've never been to New Jersey. But it seems that most people in the northeast like to do it.

I can understand why New Jersey has the reputation that it does, but anyone who's been outside of Camden/Newark/etc knows that much of NJ is very, very nice. 🙂
