Really? hmm. OK noted for future reference, In my last interview I told them I resigned from my last job because I was being prejudiced against, I got the job...

You were lucky. In the US at least, if you say that in an interview, the interviewer is going to file that in the back of his mind as "Hmmm, potential problem employee." Just because YOU say they were prejudiced doesn't mean they were in the eyes of the interviewer.

That makes sense the only reason I brought it up is that I took action against the previous employer, and they would have found out one way or another...

Nothing you can do except try to find a better job and leave. And watch your back, if a boss is so unprofessional and flaunts anti-discrimination laws, he'll screw you too if it serves his whims.

This is one of those situations where you just have to suck it up and deal with it. He's the boss and you don't want to get on his bad side. This is one of those situations in which standing up for your beliefs will probably not be in your best interests in the short term.

On a side note, I'm a white guy who was recently hired by a Muslim, and while I've only worked for this guy for a few months, I can honestly say that I'm very happy to have met him and to work for him.

I just don't think that I could "suck it up" I couldn't compromise my principles like that...

Your boss is one fucked up Indian. I'd like to find which company you're with and report the dimwit. Son of a bitch came to this country and now he's playing the fucking racist shit that he does in his own.

Fuck that. I need to feed my family, unless he's lopping off heads of muslim applicants I couldn't possibly care less. It's easy to sit here behind a keyboard of anonymity and proclaim how moral and righteous you are but real life is frequently different.

That said, I'm glad I don't work for this idiot.
