Discounted postage stamps at Fred Meyer

6.59 for a regular 20 book of stamps, attached to a coupon book. They do this twice a year, and this is the week in the Puget Sound area.
Not a huge savings, but I consider stamps like money, so it is like discounted money

Yes it's B&M only and AFAIK Fred Meyer's is not in PA although I could be wrong.

fred meyer is owned by kroger, the super market juggernaut that owns ralphs here in california. too bad ralphs doesn't run this promo =(
