i got my first cell ph
it says to fully discharge batt few times to maximize life of batt (NIMH)
how do you discharge a batt?
 
Just use the phone as you normally would but let the battery die before recharging it for the first few cycles. After the phone is "broken in" you can start charging it when convenient (before bed etc.) even if it's not fully dead.
