Disatisfaction with a reseller, need suggestions on what to do

Okay, so I made an order on the 13th of February this year and the package is not due to arrive until MARCH FIRST! Yes, this is a domestic order.

Of course this is unacceptable, but here's the background information anyway.

I made that order at 6:54 EST and the reseller is in Florida. So I understand if they couldn't process my order until Tuesday. Feb 17, that tuesday, is the date they claimed the order would be shipped by. Well, it has been a while so yesterday I decided that I ask them for a tracking number so I can check if anything has gone wrong. They send me an email stating that the item has been shipped directly from the manufacturer so they were efforting the tracking number. Ok, no problem yet.

Today I was sent a tracking number and the message that the item has only been shipped yesterday, the 23ed. HOLY CRAP! I need that stuff this friggin' week.

I commented that this was unacceptable and even quoted portions of their FAQ which state that they should have given me notice about the delay. This also applies since they claimed the item was "In stock" at the time of my order. I was emailed back and told that they did not know about the delay and that they would have contacted me about it if they knew. Great excuse. Shipping charge is being refunded for my inconvenience.

I think 10 bucks credited back to my card is hardly an acceptable solution. What do you all think?
 
<<Obligatory Newegg plug>> If it's something you could have gotten from Newegg do yourself a favor and order from the next time. You won't have these problems.

And I went with them over newegg because they had a much lower price than Newegg and a 10 at Reseller ratings.

But yeah, is there anything else you guys suggest I do or ask for 😉
