whenever i open something like liveupdate, or sisoft sandra update for example, after a few seconds, the window just disappears... i know that it's still running because i can see it in the processes when i ctrl-alt-del (winxp pro btw)..but they are not in the taskbar. and now the strange thing is...whenever i bring up the ctrl-alt-del task manager, that too disappears after a few seconds...arghghgh, so i can't even check what's running and what not without it closing in 3 seconds....anyone have any clues how to fix this?
