Disallow font resizing

I think we should disallow font resizing. Being able to bold and italic text give enough room for emphasis, and large fonts are just obnoxious and rife for abuse.

Personally, I prefer the smallest font possible for sigs. They take up less room, especially with the idiots that post a breakdown line by line of all 6 of their system rigs in their sig. I think it should be mandated that sigs use the smallest font.

Don't care much about font colors. Don't care terribly much about font sizes in posts. I think obnoxious posts will just get reported. Big deal. They'll get taken care of.
