disabling terminal service in win2k

Okay.. I'm supposed to disable the terminal service in win2k (I'm running advanced server0 and I don't know how. I only installed AS because I wanted to get a feel for a server OS and learn it. I can't get my damn AIW to work, and the tech support on the site says to disble this feature. Thanks.
 
Go to Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Services.

It should be listed in that list. From there, right click and hit stop.

One more thing....

In case you don't have that option to see that folder in your menu, Administrative Tools can be found in the Control Panel as well.
 
Thanks, got it stopped the hard way... I went through manage and went into the preference window for terminal services and changed the startup to manual, and then restarted. 😱
It still didn't fix the stupid AIW capture nightmare!!!
 
I'm not sure if that's a driver or software issue, though it looks to be software since that picture was more than the default 256 colors. Does another TV capturing software work? Give that a try.
