Disabling Fans in Standby Mode

I swear I remember seeing an option somewhere on my system that allows the system to turn off the fans inside while in standby mode. I think this would be a good option since it produces next to zero heat while in standby mode. It will reduce the frequency at which I have to clean my case due to excess dust. I cannot remember whether this option is in the BIOS (I couldn't find it there), Windows 2000 (The OS I run), or what?

It should be in your bios under power management. It doesn't have a setting to turn off fans, but you can change the mode of the standby, one of which turns off the fans but keeps memory powered up. I forgot which setting this one was though.
