disable scrollbars on 10.8

I know this is a strange question - most people want to enable scrollbars.

But I want to disable it. Permanently in 10.8. Whenever I plug in a mouse, those hidden scrollbars appear. They get in the way of my files. Is there any way to permanently diable then?

If I need to scroll, I'll just use the scrollwhell.

I'd say something about wanting a watered down iPad experience, but the scroll bars are visible when scrolling in iOS.

And the autocorrect is better to boot.

Scroll bar is the part of the OS interface which helps in moving the lengthy pages. I wont think that can be permanently disabled.
