Disable Alt+Tab

I have tried setting CoolSwitch to 0 in the registry, but this does not work.

I even reformatted and tried doing it and still no beans, there has got to be something else that disables this. Long story why I need it disabled.

What OS?

If NT based, look around in group policy. gpedit.msc from run command

type mmc in the run command. play around with it
