DirectX12 for Windows 10?

Windows 10 tech previews get released with dx12 implemented for a while now,everyone nvidia,amd and intel have dx12 drivers already released,not much you can do with them yet but that's another story.
 
One big reason all my PCs will be getting Windows 10 is directx 12 want to hook it up with a skylake motherboard/cpu and nvidia next major GPU they release with 32gb ddr4 ram most likely also will have USB 3.1
