directx problems, need help please

under network under DXDIAG it shows errors for directplay and tcpip and ipx .. i dont know what happened. I have directx 9 installed and i cant install it again because when i run the webupdate for directx it says "directx did not load a required file" I have no idea why it is doing this.....


can someone please help?

Have you tried to uninstall directx and reinstall again ?

yep, didn thelp. i just reformattd my pc, now games that require directplay work fine. dont know what happened.

Well.. you know with Windows the only way to solve the problems is clean install OS
