No problems - 6-8 orders.

Have only had one problem, Power supply that died under warranty.
Contacted them, they paid for shipping back and sent a replacement unit.

Interesting. Directron (customer service department) just called my cell phone and offered to credit me the difference of the Newegg price. The CSR apologized for the service I received from my initial call and told me that their department was in charge of reconcillling any complaints towards the company. I guess they went to Reseller Ratings and saw my complaint there.

While they made the mistake, I'm glad they owned up and made things partially right. The only problem is I know have two Thermal Intakes.

I think I got one or two cases from them way back when. Back in the 90s when they still had the same interface lol. Its time for that webpage to get a makeover.

I've bought some cooling fans from them for some dell machines. They had cancelled the order for some reason, but I told them I still wanted the fans. Had the fans a few days later.

haven't had much trouble when picking things up. never had anything shipped to me. their new place is much nicer than the old one

I bought a case from them once and it was bashed in on the side(no fault of theirs) They sent me another right away, and ups picked up the damaged one a few weeks later.
