how do i uninstall then install direct 8 ?
reason?
running win me after latest format and reinsall could not find direct x , folder was in c drive but was empty ran dxaig and found folder but loads of files were missing on the control panel tryed to install again but kept locking up on install, windows me system info says direct x 8 is installed , but can not run madonion2001 or opperation flashpoint which both requir directx 8
severrnce blade of darkness which says on the box requires direct x 8 does run
