Direct TV sat dish shipped to North Dakota!

So I want to buy one and have it shipped to ND cause here in Canada it falls under "grey market" and you can crack it legally.
So I need to find a RCA 5 or 4 series reciever with H or HU card!
Anybody know down there how to get one purchased and shipped chealpy to North Dakota??
