direct deposit, tax return, efile, how long does it take?

How did you file? Snail mail or electronically?

eFiling should only take a few weeks. Though, now that it's so close to the tax deadline and so many people are filing, it may take a little longer.
 
Depends when you filed. If you filed back in February, well, you'd already have it by now. If you wait until the deadline to file, it could be 2+ months before you see it.

I got mine about 2 weeks after I sent them in at the end of january.
 
Heh, I just did my taxes yesterday too. Taxcut says it takes about 2 weeks from when the IRS receives it. Did you get conformation that the IRS got it. I did, this morning.

nope, not yet but encouraging to hear it's within a couple of weeks 🙂
 
While the government surely knows all of my bank accounts, I still felt wary about giving them my account # for DD. I opted for check.
