1. Paid overpaid membership fee
2. Paid 40k for remodeling a kitchen that would've cost 20k.

I say it's a scam because they claim "direct from the manuf" when I can 100% guarantee it's not always the case. In fact, I bet I know where some of your sister's stuff came from.
