I don't see anything unexpected. Fruit has sugar in it, sugar is a carb, and, if anything, it doesn't provide enough carbs.

170 calories in a meal is pretty low. Serving size is pretty large but you couldn't eat that three times a day and come close to 2,000 cal. Someone eating only that three times a day could certainly afford to have the sweet Asian dressing and/or a sugary drink to boost the calorie count, though I opt out of both. I do often get the crispy rice noodles for it.

I don't think it's just the Europeans that dip fries in mayonnaise; my Japanese wife dips fries in mayonnaise too. I thought it was weird at first, but it's grown on me. Put a little bit of shichimi in the mayo and it gets even better!
I'm not knocking it... Add a little relish to it (tartar sauce), and that's what I dip my fries in during Friday night fish fries.

I was really posting it in support of your claim.

Depends on what you order. What's "not nutritious" about a Mandarin Chicken Salad with a pack of Toasted Almonds? It's got generous oranges, spinach, lean meat, and no cheese. There are plenty of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and very little fat.

Of course, but we both know we're not talking salads here. Does the picture in the OP have anything resembling a salad?
