Homemade Meatballs
Except bake them in the oven instead of frying. Sometimes I use half beef, half hot italian sausage to give them a slight kick.

I made Sheppard's Pie for the first time. I thought the meat needed more of a zing. I was thinking maybe something vinegary, like ketchup, BBQ sauce, of even some balsamic vinegar. Or, go Mexican with some cumin.

Hm.. this was actually our 4th dinner of the week that had beans as main ingredient. We had red bean soup Monday through Wednesday 😀 Very tasty
