Dinner time

Haven't cooked this before but eating some baked chicken breast that I put a little bit of butter on and fresh cracked pepper, white rice, and green beans.

Anyone else eating healthy tonight?

Not sure, the gf is roasting a chicken tonight. Most of what she cooks is relatively healthy, so I imagine this won't be too bad. Made me french toast with bacon yesterday though, which was very unhealthy, but super delicious.

The meal you described in the OP is similar to what I make at home for myself all the time.

Tonight we had meatloaf, baked potato, steamed snap peas and fresh bakery bread.

I got sushi for lunch... roll w/ spicy salmon, tuna, and brown rice.

ate half the roll for lunch (4 pieces), will be eating the other half for dinner.

I hope it's healthy 😱 there's nothing really unhealthy in there afaik like mayo or cream cheese (it did come with a spicy mayo sauce, but I threw that out... it's ridiculously spicy even without it)

I made some cheesecake. its real healthy. See I added some real fruit to it.
kinda blurry because I am excited to eat it.

I'm told that if you crack the oven door when its done and let it cool gradually in there, the top of the cake won't crack.

I'm told.

I can't wait that long for a cheesecake. Too delicious to care about aesthetics.

Thanks for the advice. Someday when I make one waaaaaaay before I want to eat it I will give that a try.

i'm trying to decide between Tortellini alla Panna or Spaghetti Carbonara... definately getting Calamari Fritti for appetizers.... too lazy to cook, this is going to be a pick up to stimulate the economy.

Salad containing romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, black beans, avocado, croutons, tomatoes, red onion, and ceasar dressing.

Actually, nope, not healthy tonight. I'm going to Outback and eating a Melbourne, medium rare, with garlic mashed and steamed veggies. 🙂

Once a month or so I decide to eat Kosher . . .

. . . Kosher beef franks, white bread buns, relish, mustard & ketchup. Potato chips or microwave fries for the vegetable 🙂

Traditional Kraft M&C.
So, no. Its just a big box of processed starch. And I think the cheese powder causes cancer, or pinkeye, or both.

garlic mashed and steamed veggies are better than most

Sandwhich (Spinach Dip Spread, 1 slice Pepperjack Cheese, and Maple Ham)
Orange Juice
About 10 Triscuits

and 3 Oreos for dessert.
