Markgm's Broiled Hoagie

1 large loaf of Italian Bread
6 slices sliced ham
6 slices sliced turkey
12 slices sandwich pepperoni
9 slices provolone cheese
5 slices longhorn cheese
1 pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
Spinach leaves
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Olive oil


Slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Brush on olive oil on both halves and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven for 5 minutes. Put ham on top half and turkey on the bottom half. Place sandwich pepperoni on paper towels and microwave for 45 seconds. Add slices of sandwich pepperoni to both halves. Place onions and peppers on the top half and tomato and spinach on the bottom half. Place Longhorn cheese on bottom half and provolone cheese on the top half. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder. Place in oven and broil for 5 minutes, watching the last minute to make sure the cheese doesn't burn. Flip top onto bottom and cut into slices.

it's looking like I'm going to be stuck at work 2-3 hours late, so I'll probably throw whatever's in my freezer into the microwave, serve it with a vodka shots, and hope for the best.

they had pepperoni bread here but don't anymore. that was some greasy goodness!
