I have a stick of 256MB DDR and one stick of 128MB DDR. Should I install the 256MB DDR RAM in DIMM 1 or 2?
 
it shouldn't really matter but do check your manual in case the board requires the ram to be placed in a particular way/position when using more than one stick!
