Btw my Dimes has died & it won't restart 🙁 ,ever since it asked to upgrade ,though bizzarely it turned out I had the latest one anyway😕

Any ideas anyone?

I had something like that early on. I uninstalled the client and then reinstalled. That seemed to fix it. Is Dimes coming up at all? Is Javaw.exe running in your Task Manager? I had a couple of systems that Dimes would be running but would not show the icon. It showed it still running in the Task Manager though. The latest version fixed that also. You might want to check that you have the latest update to your Java. Hope this helps.

Un-install & re-install seemed to work except its just sitting at the 'getting agent list for ...' window & not finishing

Are you using the latest version 0.4.3.b? This was one of the bug fixes that should be fixed in this version.

lol ,it was on 4.2 just the other day.
I'll try that ,though it did pass that window today ,just I didn't know the password ,I don't remember setting one.
Tried to email them & it just bounced!:roll:
