Incorrect, actually! The card you need must support DVI DDL, and the most popular such card is the GeForce 6800 Ultra DDL, which can be found for about $500.Originally posted by: Mik3y

And even easier, if you plug the Apple 30" into a plain DVI graphics card (such as a regular 6800, or even a Radeon 9600) it will run pixel doubled... so you'll get a semi-native pixel doubled 1280x800 resolution instead of the native 2560x1600.
