Unless I'm missing something, I'm translating this as follows: If this chick responds positively to Deeko's amorous advances, Deeko will be happy to dump his current g/f to go out with this girl. However, I concede the possibility that Deeko is single, given that I have not read the various Deeko threads on the topic.
